Cucumber Kimchi Salad Recipe

Original recipe by @myhealthydish 🥰 with my notes:

Cut and salt your cucumbers
Let them “sweat” and drain the liquid
Add the ingredients together, making sure you coat as much of the cucumber as possible or it will be bland
Put in the fridge and eat the next day (or at least 2 hours)

INGREDIENTS:
4 small or 2-3 med sized cucumbers
2 tbsp garlic,
4 green onions,
1 small onion,
2 tbsp of gochugaru,
2 tsp sugar,
1/4 cup rice vinegar,
1/4 cup sesame oil
sprinkle sesame seeds
